How do I place an order by Fax/Mail?

Print and fill out our order form located on the "About Us" page and fax it to 1-860-613-2730. You can also mail the order form to our location: Veda's Uniform Boutique, 136 Berlin Road, Cromwell Commons, Cromwell, CT 06416.

How do I place an online order?

Placing an order online is simple. We have different ways to search for the items you are looking for: Advanced Search, Shop Online, and Specials Menu. When you find the item(s) you are interested in, just click on them to view the information on the product, select your size and/or color, and add it to your shopping cart. When you are finished shopping, begin the check-out process. Click the "proceed to checkout" button and follow the instructions. When your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days.

How do I view your sizing chart?

Our sizing chart is available at the bottom of our "Shop Online" page.

How do I know if my order was received?

A confirmation page will be sent along with an email, if you do not receive a confirmation page please call 860-613-2724 or email us at vedauniformboutiq@att.net so that we can confirm that we received your order.

How can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

You can call the number (860-613-2724) provided and we will explain our return policy.

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?

Some email providers mark our confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email vedauniformboutiq@att.net and we can confirm that the order was placed.

What should I do if my order has damaged or missing items?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you receive damaged merchandise or discover that the merchandise is missing by contacting us via telephone, email, or fax. Missing items will be shipped at no additonal charge.

What is your online return policy?

If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the original date your order was placed for an exchange. Please note: we cannot accept for return, or exchange, any items over 30 days from original date of sale. This includes items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. All returns must be accompanied by a completed exchange form, unless you are returning items in store. A typical return/exchange takes approximately 5-10 business days to process by mail. Exchanges will ship with no additional shipping charge. Items can also be returned or exchanged in our store.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped we will email you your tracking number.

How do I make changes to an order that has already been placed?

You can call the number provided and and we will explain our policy as well as make necessary changes.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

You can call our customer service department (860-613-2724) and someone will help you.

What do I do if the item I purchased does not fit?

You can call our customer service department (860-613-2724) to find out about our return policy.

How long until you ship my order?

Orders placed by 4:00 PM EST Tuesday-Friday and are in stock, will ship within 2-3 business days. If you place an order over the weekend, your order will ship on Tuesday. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?

For online orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

Do you ship to APO, FPO or P.O. Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to these addresses, we only ship to regular mailing addresses, please contact us for more information.

10 % Employee Discount Applies to the following establishments.

The 10% Employee Discount is available IN-STORE ONLY to the following establishments in CT: Curtis Home, Highview Healthcare Center, Maple View Manor, Middlesex Convalescent Center, Middlesex Hospital, Middlesex Outpatient Center, Regency House, Wadsworth Glen, Ridgeview Convalescent, Veteran's Hospital, Stone Acadamy, Shiloh Baptist Church, Frist Cathedal Church and Walgreens Pharmacy Dept. This discount is not available on online orders with Veda's Uniform Boutique since work identification is required for each transaction.

Rewards Program Policy

Veda's Uniform Boutique offers a rewards program to customers, IN-STORE ONLY. When a customer spends $150.00 over time, the total spent on each purchase will be deducted from $150.00, a $10.00 credit will be applied towards any future in-store purchase. Program terms and conditions: Credit can not be given in cash; Credit is non-transferable; Credit expires after 90 days of issue date; Credit can only be redeemed in-store.
