Return/Exchange Policy (Click here to download as a PDF) If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the original date your order was placed for an exchange or store credit. Please note: we cannot accept for return, or exchange, any items over 30 days from original date of sale. This includes items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. All returns must be accompanied by a completed exchange form, unless you are returning items in store. A typical return/exchange takes approximately 5-10 business days to process by mail. Exchanges will ship with no additional shipping charge. Items can also be returned or exchanged in our store.
